Our Alarm Response Officers will respond to your alarms – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Upon notification of an alarm by the monitoring centre, one of our Mobile Patrol units will immediately attend. A full external and internal patrol of the premises will be carried out.
After the emergency situation is resolved, you’ll receive a complete Incident Report detailing our efforts and the results of our onsite investigation. In the event of a false alarm, a reset of the alarm is carried out and a report left for our client.
If a break-in or attempted break-in had occurred, our Security Patrol Officer will notify An Garda Siochana and the client. Our Security Officer will remain on site until it is fully secured or the client has arrived on site to take control of the situation.
